Key Aid – professional nail dehydrator for reliable nail preparation
Proper preparation is the foundation of reliable adhesion!
Key Aid by Glory Nails is an acid-free nail dehydrator and degreaser designed to prepare the natural nail plate before applying nail products.
Its formulation helps remove excess surface moisture and oils, creating a suitable foundation for subsequent nail treatments.
Whether you're applying traditional nail polish, gel polish or professional gel enhancements, Key Aid supports adhesion and helps reduce application problems associated with insufficient nail preparation.
Degreasing and dehydrating in one step
Key Aid prepares the natural nail surface by removing oils and temporarily reducing surface moisture.
The acid-free formula is applied sparingly and dries naturally in the air.
Versatile – also suitable for regular nail polish
Key Aid is not limited to professional gel enhancements. It can also be used before traditional nail polish and gel polish.
Proper preparation can be especially helpful for nails where polish or enhancement products have difficulty adhering.
Use alone or together with bonding products
Key Aid can be used on its own for degreasing and dehydration or before a suitable primer and bonding gel.
It does not generally replace the bonding layer required for a gel enhancement system. Instead, it prepares the natural nail for the following application steps.
Suitable for:
- Traditional nail polish
- Gel polish
- Natural nail reinforcement
- Gel enhancements and builder gels
- Nail preparation before primer and base gel
- Professional manicures and nail enhancements
Application
- Carefully prepare the natural nails, remove excess cuticle from the nail plate and gently buff the surface if required for the chosen nail system.
- Thoroughly remove any filing dust.
-
Using the integrated brush, apply a very thin, sparing layer of Key Aid to the natural nail plate.
- Avoid unnecessary contact with the surrounding skin.
- Allow Key Aid to air-dry completely. No UV/LED lamp is required.
- Continue with traditional nail polish, gel polish or the appropriate primer and bonding gel, depending on the chosen application.
Important: Apply Key Aid only to the natural nail and avoid repeated unnecessary application. A small amount is sufficient. Follow the application instructions of the subsequent nail system.
Key Aid – versatile nail preparation for a reliable foundation, from traditional nail polish to professional gel enhancements.
